Tell me the dream
Describe it the way you'd tell a friend at breakfast — the plot, the feeling, the image that stayed. You'll get the likely reading, the symbols inside it, and one thing worth doing this morning.

How to read a dream without an interpreter
Every entry in the dream dictionary follows the same three steps, and they work by hand. First, name the strongest image — not the plot, the image. Second, name the feeling it carried: fear reads differently from relief, even inside the same symbol. Third, ask what in your waking life carries that same feeling. The dream is rarely about the snake. It's about what the snake was doing to your chest.
If the same dream returns, that repetition is the message. A recurring dream shows what your attention keeps returning to at night. The waking counterpart is choosing what your attention returns to by day — which is the whole premise of the AYA Method: a short daily audio of your future self, so the voice you rehearse is the one you chose.
